Cancellation Policy
A) If you want to discontinue as per pre-confirmation date so kindly inform to travel desk through mail at least 48 hours in advance.

i. Any cancellation request received within 5 days prior to the arrival/date of check-in, will incur only bank transactions charges. Balance amount will be refunded.

ii. Any cancellation request received before 48 hours of check-in time/ arrival incur the one day room rent charges. Balance amount after deducting a day charges and bank transaction charges will be either refunded cash or credited to your account.

iii. In case of no show. No refund will be made to the guest.

Minor Children
Our websites do not sell products or services for purchase by children. If you are under the age of 18 (or a minor in the jurisdiction in which you are accessing our websites), you may only use our websites with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

Note
Required Documents During Check in : Every guest need a photo ID card (Driving License, Passport, Voter ID Card etc ) with address proof for identification as per new government rules at the time of check in. Hotel may refuse to provide accommodation in case of no identity proof available with guest or bearing local identity proof.
